# Discover our referral program

MerciApp is a proofreading and productivity solution for written work. It's the ideal tool for saving time when writing and proofreading all your texts🚀.
With the MerciApp referral program, share your experience with your friends and family and enjoy great discounts.

## **🎁 How do our referrals work?**
The principle is simple: share MerciApp with your friends and network via your personal referral link.
**The benefits:**
* You offer your referrals a **€20 discount** on their MerciApp subscription.
* You receive a **€20 reward** for each friend who becomes a customer.
* Unlimited number of referrals.
**To receive your reward:**
Your referral must upgrade to a paid subscription (MerciApp Correct, MerciApp Assist, or MerciApp Enterprise). Once the subscription is confirmed, your reward will appear in your personal account.

## **How do I access the referral program?**
To share your referral link, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your MerciApp account
2. Click on **"Referral"** in the left side menu
3. A window will open with program information and your unique invitation link
4. Click on **"Copy invitation link"**
5. Share it!
Your invitation link looks like this: `merci-app.cello.so/xxxxx`

## **💰 How do I claim my reward?**
Once you've earned your first reward, you can choose your preferred reward option in your widget.
**To manage your rewards:**
1. Click on **"Referral"** in the left side menu
2. Go to the **"Rewards"** tab in the window that opens
3. Check the available amount displayed under **"Ready to claim"**
4. Click **"Add payment information"** to set up your account
**You will receive your first reward after we have processed your request.**

## **📢 Track your rewards**
The amounts earned will be displayed in your widget. For each new reward, we will notify you and reward you directly.
**Important:** Your rewards are automatically deducted when you renew your subscription once your payment information has been set up.

## **Frequently asked questions**
**How many people can I refer?**
There is no limit! The more you refer, the more you save.

**When will I receive my reward?**
Your reward is credited as soon as your referral signs up for a paid subscription and we have processed your request.

**Does my referral need to create a new account?**
Yes, your referral link must be used when creating a new MerciApp account.
