Easily report a bug to the MerciApp teams

A new feature to improve your experience


Are you experiencing an issue when using the MerciApp extension? We have developed a Debug button that allows you to instantly report any malfunction to us, directly from the extension pop-up.


The advantage? With just one click, you automatically send us the technical information our team needs to analyze and resolve the issue quickly, without having to set up a call or manually reproduce the bug.


How do I use the Debug button?


To report an issue, follow these simple steps:

  1. Click on the MerciApp extension icon in your browser bar to open the pop-up
  2. Locate the "Debug" button at the bottom of the pop-up
  3. Click on this button when you notice the error or immediately after encountering it
  4. The report is automatically sent to our technical team with all the necessary logs


Important: The sooner you report the error after encountering it, the more accurate and useful the technical information will be for our team.


What happens after I send the report?


Once the report has been sent:

  • Our teams immediately receive the detailed technical logs
  • The issue is analyzed and prioritized according to its impact
  • You can continue to use MerciApp as normal
  • If necessary, our support team will contact you to keep you informed of the resolution


Tip: If you would like to add details about the context of the anomaly, please feel free to contact us via chat after clicking on Debug. This will help us process your report even more efficiently.


This feature is available on all versions of the MerciApp extension (Google Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge).
