# How do I suspend my subscription?

###### Would you like to suspend your MerciApp Correct or MerciApp Assist subscription?

Once you have logged into your [account](https://web.merci-app.com/), follow these steps:
1. Click on the menu at the top left, then on `Space settings`.
2. Click on the `Subscription` tab.
3. Click on the `Open` button to the right of `Suspend my subscription`.
4. Click on `Suspend my subscription`.

In most cases, paid MerciApp subscriptions are non-refundable.

When you suspend your subscription, renewal is **immediately** canceled, but you continue to benefit from it until the originally scheduled renewal date.
