# I haven't received a confirmation email.

### I haven't received a confirmation email in my inbox.

* Check your spam folder to make sure the confirmation email sent by MerciApp isn't there.
* If you can't find it, you can click on "resend email" at the bottom of the page "A confirmation email is waiting for you."

### I entered the wrong email address when I registered:

1. Contact us via chat so we can manually confirm your account.
2. [Log in to your account](https://web.merci-app.com/) with the email address you entered when you registered.
3. Once you are logged in to your MerciApp account, [change your email address](https://aide.merci-app.com/en/article/how-do-i-change-my-email-address-1v4a40z/).
