Why doesn't Transform activate on some pages?

Transform may not work on some pages for security or compatibility reasons.

1. Some protected sites (banks, government services, etc.) block extensions.
2. Pages in private browsing mode require specific authorization.
3. Some complex text editors (Google Docs, Google Slides, etc.) may limit the activation of Transform.

🔹 Solution: Try using Transform on another page or check the extension permissions in your browser.

How do I resolve an error message?

Errors can be related to several factors:

1. An unstable internet connection
2. An expired session (automatic logout)
3. A temporary problem on our servers

🔹 Solution:

1. Check that you are connected to the internet.
2. Refresh the page and log back into your MerciApp account.
3. If the problem persists, restart your browser.

Reset the extension in case of a bug

If Transform is not responding or is behaving unusually, resetting it may help.

On Chrome, Edge, or Brave:

1. Click on the puzzle icon for extensions.
2. Go to settings.
3. Disable and then re-enable the extension.

On Firefox:

1. Open the extensions page (about:addons).
2. Disable and then re-enable the MerciApp extension.

If this does not work, try uninstalling and then reinstalling the extension.

Transform is slowing down my browser. What should I do?

Slowdowns can be caused by insufficient RAM or too many open tabs.

1. Try closing unused tabs.
2. Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
3. Restart your computer if the problem persists.

Can Transform work without an internet connection?

No. Transform relies on remote servers to process your requests via AI, so it requires an active internet connection.

If you are working offline, we recommend writing your text and then activating Transform as soon as you are reconnected.
