# Which URLs must be authorized (allowed list) to enable MerciApp to function properly?

In some contexts, your company's computer network requires prior authorization to access certain remote resources.

If your company uses MerciApp, here are the URLs that must be authorized to ensure it functions properly:

* web.merci-app.com: MerciApp website and API endpoint
* www.merci-app.com: main website, required for the use of cross-domain authentication cookies
* windows-distribution.merci-app.com: distribution of our MerciApp Windows solution
* assets.merci-app.com: S3 bucket of static assets (images in particular)
* aide.merci-app.com: MerciApp FAQ for support

It is also possible to use a wildcard: `https://*merci-app.com/*` (note the absence of the period with *merci-app*).

### Access to stores

If you do not use a GPO procedure and allow your employees to install the MerciApp extension themselves, here are the URLs to authorize for each platform:
