🎁 How do our referrals work?

The principle is simple: share MerciApp with your friends and network via your personal referral link.

The benefits:

• You offer your referrals a €20 discount on their MerciApp subscription.
• You receive a €20 reward for each friend who becomes a customer.
• Unlimited number of referrals.

To receive your reward:

Your referral must upgrade to a paid subscription (MerciApp Correct, MerciApp Assist, or MerciApp Enterprise). Once the subscription is confirmed, your reward will appear in your personal account.

How do I access the referral program?

To share your referral link, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your MerciApp account
2. Click on "Referral" in the left side menu
3. A window will open with program information and your unique invitation link
4. Click on "Copy invitation link"
5. Share it!

Your invitation link looks like this: merci-app.cello.so/xxxxx

💰 How do I claim my reward?

Once you've earned your first reward, you can choose your preferred reward option in your widget.

To manage your rewards:

1. Click on "Referral" in the left side menu
2. Go to the "Rewards" tab in the window that opens
3. Check the available amount displayed under "Ready to claim"
4. Click "Add payment information" to set up your account

You will receive your first reward after we have processed your request.

📢 Track your rewards

The amounts earned will be displayed in your widget. For each new reward, we will notify you and reward you directly.

Important: Your rewards are automatically deducted when you renew your subscription once your payment information has been set up.

How many people can I refer?

There is no limit! The more you refer, the more you save.

When will I receive my reward?

Your reward is credited as soon as your referral signs up for a paid subscription and we have processed your request.

Does my referral need to create a new account?

Yes, your referral link must be used when creating a new MerciApp account.
