How do I activate multilingual correction on the MerciApp extension?
Correction in several foreign languages is available with the MerciApp Correct and MerciApp Assist subscriptions. It is not available with the free version.
A pioneer in French spell checking, MerciApp is expanding its horizons by now offering correction in four additional languages, including English, German, Spanish, and Portuguese.
How do I activate foreign language correction?
- Once our team has activated the feature, open the MerciApp browser extension pop-up by clicking on the icon at the top right of your browser.
- Activate the "Enable foreign language correction" option.
That's it. You can now start typing text in any of the supported languages to benefit from spelling, grammar, and style correction.
Test that multilingual correction is enabled
Open an input field supported by the MerciApp extension and type the following sentence: Hello my dear frieend, welcome to this parti.
MerciApp will then display two alerts.
