By default, when you create snippets, they are only visible to you.

You can share a group of snippets, including all the snippets it contains. It is not possible to share a single snippet.

How to share a group of snippets?

1. From the snippets page in Expand, click on a custom group.
2. Click on the Share button at the top right of the page.
3. From the pop-up, choose who to share the group of snippets with.
4. Set the sharing rights:

• The Use right only allows its users to trigger the snippets in the group. Users will not be able to modify or delete the snippet group or the snippets it contains. They will also not be able to share the snippet group.
• The Full Access right gives users editing and sharing rights. They will be able to modify or delete the snippet group and the snippets it contains, as well as share the snippet group.

Who can share a snippet group?

You can share a snippet group if:

• You are the author of that group
• You have been given Full Access to a snippet group, allowing you to share it in turn.

The role assigned to you in your space (owner, administrator, or member) has no impact on your sharing rights.

Who can you share a group of snippets with?

You can share a group of snippets with the entire space at once, with one or more users directly, or with a team (feature available with an Enterprise subscription).

You can also choose to revoke access to this group if you want to cancel sharing.
