How do I suspend my subscription?

Would you like to suspend your MerciApp Correct or MerciApp Assist subscription?

Once you have logged into your account, follow these steps:

1. Click on the menu at the top left, then on Space settings.
2. Click on the Subscription tab.
3. Click on the Open button to the right of Suspend my subscription.
4. Click on Suspend my subscription.

In most cases, paid MerciApp subscriptions are non-refundable.

When you suspend your subscription, renewal is immediately canceled, but you continue to benefit from it until the originally scheduled renewal date.
