You can check the system requirements for using it in this article.

Installing the MerciApp add-in for Outlook

  1. Go to Microsoft AppSource and search for "MerciApp" in the search bar. You can also use the "Download Add-ins" button in your Outlook application.

Outlook version 16.x

New Outlook

  1. Select "MerciApp."
  2. Click "Get it now."

If you are unable to install the MerciApp add-in for Outlook, please see the alternative installation solutions.

You must be logged in to your Microsoft account. If you don't have one, you can create a Microsoft account with your own email address, even if it is linked to another provider (Gmail, OVH, etc.).

Your Outlook email client must be connected to an Exchange or Microsoft 365 server using a direct connection. When configuring Outlook, you must choose an Exchange, Office, or Outlook.com account type. If Outlook is configured to connect via POP3 or IMAP, the add-ins will not load and will therefore be unusable.

  • Enter your profile information if you have not already done so.
  • Check the access authorization box.
  • Click "Continue."

Installation from an .exe file

Unfortunately, it is not possible to use this type of installation; MerciApp uses the latest technologies made available by Microsoft, which have evolved into a format that does not allow for the inclusion of an .exe extension.
