Your company may be equipped with a proxy that requires authentication using a username and password assigned to you.

Configuration

When launched, if a proxy is detected, MerciApp Windows will ask you to enter your credentials in the window below. Once the credentials have been entered, the application will perform a connection test; if the credentials are valid, it will launch normally, and you will not have to enter them again.

What should I do if my credentials are updated by my company?

In this case, simply exit and restart MerciApp Windows; the application will then automatically ask you to enter your new credentials.
