What are quick actions?

Quick actions allow you to instantly access your favorite Transform wizards with a single click, without having to search through the pop-up. This saves valuable time for your most frequently used wizards!

How to set up your quick actions:

1. Open the Transform pop-up by clicking on the Transform widget (floating button) or using your custom keyboard shortcut
2. Choose the assistant you want to use regularly (for example, "Improve Style" or "Improve Structure")
3. Click on the star icon to bookmark the assistant
4. Repeat the operation for your other favorite assistants (maximum 7)
5. Click outside the pop-up to close it

Using quick actions:

1. Select the text you want to process in your document
2. The quick actions bar will automatically appear with your favorite assistants
3. Click directly on the icon for the assistant you want
4. Transform will immediately generate the response without having to search for the assistant in the pop-up
