What are statistics used for?

MerciApp statistics allow you to measure your writing productivity and better understand how you use MerciApp.

You can view estimates of time saved, number of errors avoided, frequency of use, and a summary of the mistakes you make most often.

How to access your statistics:

Log in to your account.
Click on Statistics in the side menu on the left.

Selecting the analysis period:

You can view statistics for the last 7, 30, or 365 days. You can choose the period by clicking on the selector at the top left of the Statistics page.

Daily usage:

This category allows you to see how often MerciApp was used during the selected period.

Errors avoided:

Total for the period: Allows you to view the total number of mistakes avoided during the selected period.

Average per day: Allows you to view the average number of mistakes avoided each day during the selected analysis period.

This shows the change in the number of words underlined as alerts. Typography and proper nouns are excluded.

Productivity:

This category gives you an estimate of the time you have saved thanks to MerciApp.

This value is calculated by taking into account several pieces of information: the number of words written, the average proofreading time, and feedback from MerciApp users.

Most frequent alerts (top 30):

This ranking lists the 30 errors you made most often during the selected analysis period.

This section is useful for identifying areas for improvement and trying to avoid making these mistakes again.
