The extension does not connect to my MerciApp account
Several factors may prevent your MerciApp account from connecting to the extension.
I use an anti-cookie filter (Ghostery, uBlock Origin, etc.)
In order to function properly, the MerciApp extension uses a cookie previously placed by the domain merci-app.com.
This cookie allows the extension to link your MerciApp account to the extension for your browser.
If you use an anti-cookie filter, the extension will no longer receive the cookie to connect to your account.
To allow the extension to use your cookie, follow these steps:
- Go to your anti-cookie filter settings.
- Authorize the domain
merci-app.com. - Log out and log back in to MerciApp so that the server can place the cookie required for the extension.
I have restricted the activation of the extension to certain domains
We understand that privacy is important to you and your teams; you can adjust this setting from the extension settings in your browser.
Authorize all domains on which you want the extension to run, and also add the domain https://*.merci-app.com (note the asterisk) — this will allow the cookie placed by our web application to reach the extension.
