The invitation did not reach the member I wanted to invite

Unfortunately, sometimes an invitation does not reach its destination, but there is a simple solution to remedy the problem.


If the invitation has not reached the future member of your space, you can:
  1. Revoke the invitation
  2. Then, invite that person to your workspace again.


When a member accepts an invitation to a MerciApp Correct or MerciApp Assist workspace, a new subscription is automatically billed to that workspace.
