What is the difference between my shared documents and my private documents?

Difference between my shared documents and my private documents:

Once logged into your account, you have the choice to import or create a document:

• In your Private documents.

You are the only person who can access them.

• In your Shared documents, only if you are part of a shared workspace.

All members of the workspace have access to shared documents.

How do I adjust the status of my document?

You can change the status of your document from Private to Shared directly in edit mode. To do this, simply use the share button located at the top right.
