Why doesn't the browser extension activate in certain fields?

It may be that on some of your online tools, the extension does not activate in certain fields (such as the "subject" field of an email or the "title" fields in certain forms, for example).

The reason for this is mainly technical: these types of fields are generally of the input type and are mainly used to enter a value that is not written text but something like an email address, a name, a title, a city, etc.

For this reason, the extension does not activate in these types of fields because the correction may be inappropriate.

As a workaround, if this proves to be a real problem, you can always use the online editor in your MerciApp Space.
