How do I add favorite assistants for my entire workspace?
What is a workspace favorite?
Administrators and owners of your workspace can define favorite assistants that are common to all members of their workspace.
These assistants will be visible from the Transform window as well as from quick actions, and will always appear first (before personal favorites).
Standardize the use of assistants within your organization by highlighting those you find most useful!

How to add workspace favorites?
- From your MerciApp space, in the side menu bar, click on Space Settings
- At the top, click on the Transform tab

- Find the Workspace Favorites section
- Open the section and wait for it to load.
- The assistants available to all members of your workspace are displayed in a list.
- You can search for a specific assistant by entering their name in the search bar.
- Click on the star on the right to add your favorite workspace assistants.
- When the star is filled in, your assistant is added, and you can find them directly in your workspace or in Transform.

Where can I find my workspace favorites?
To find your workspace favorites in your MerciApp space:
- Go to your MerciApp space
- In the side menu bar, click on Transform
- Your workspace and personal favorites assistants will be displayed below the groups.

To find your workspace favorites in Transform:
- Go to Transform, for example by clicking on the MerciApp tab on the right side of your browser window
- The Transform window will appear.
- At the top of your assistant list, you will see your favorites, including both workspace favorites (marked with a blue star) and personal favorites (marked with a yellow star)
