How to install MerciApp Windows?

• Go to the Integrations section of the web application.

• Click Install in the "MerciApp Windows" section. A MerciAppSetup.exe file will be downloaded to your computer.

• Installation is automatic and may take a few seconds. Once the installation is complete, the MerciApp window will open; you will need to log in to activate the correction feature.

How do I update MerciApp Windows?

Standard update

When you start MerciApp Windows, an automatic update check is launched. If a new update is available, a pop-up will appear allowing you to update MerciApp Windows.

Force the update

If the update pop-up does not appear, you can restart MerciApp Windows by exiting the software. To do this, right-click on the MerciApp Windows icon in the Windows taskbar and click Exit. All you have to do is restart MerciApp Windows.

Common problems

My antivirus software is blocking the installation

In some cases, you can ask your IT manager to specifically authorize certain applications. If you are unable to bypass your antivirus software, please contact us so that we can get in touch with them.

Our software is signed and certified by DigiCert, a global verification organization approved by Microsoft.

MerciApp does not work with my software

We currently provide partial support for certain applications only. We prioritize Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Slack, Teams Pro, and FrontApp. Please let us know which applications you need MerciApp to work with most so that we can prioritize their compatibility.

I'm experiencing a bug
