Why create an assistant?

MerciApp AI assistants are companions for your professional life, available anywhere, from any website. By clicking on the icon at the top right of your screen, you can ask them for help or assign them tasks with a single click.

What rules should you follow to create an effective assistant?

An assistant is more effective when they specialize in a specific task or field. For example, if you want to assign them tasks such as writing sales emails and rephrasing texts, it is best to create two separate assistants, each specializing in their own field.

Instructions help guide your assistant. To optimize their performance, we recommend using the following format:

You are a specialist in ... . Your role will be to ... .

You will receive ... 

In return, you will need to ...

Example for an assistant in charge of summarizing an email

You are a writer specializing in web marketing in the field of photovoltaic panels. Your role will be to summarize the texts entrusted to you. These texts are emails intended for prospects we are approaching to sell them a photovoltaic panel installation service.

You will receive an email written by a colleague and intended for a new or existing prospect.

You will need to summarize this email to make it shorter, but also more impactful, and increase our colleague's chances of signing the prospect. Only send back the reworked email, without any accompanying comments.

As you can see, we provide them with a lot of information: their role, their mission, the field in which we operate, and what we expect in terms of format in return.

How to use a MerciApp AI assistant?

Once configured, it couldn't be easier:

Find the button to access MerciApp AI on each of your web pages.
Click on it, then in the window, mention your assistant with @, ask them a question, and confirm.
The assistant generates a response.
Are you satisfied with it? Copy the result by clicking on the button! If not, repeat your request.
