Invite a member or join an existing workspace

You want to invite members to join your space:

You have been invited to join a workspace even though you already have a MerciApp account:

Simply accept the invitation you received by email.

If you are invited to join a new workspace, your current workspace will be deleted and your documents will be transferred to the space you have been invited to join. You will not lose any documents.

You will then receive this message:

If a paid MerciApp subscription (Correct or Assist) is active for your current workspace, please provide us with the email addresses of the users concerned (those who have changed workspaces) so that our support team can issue a pro-rated refund. The refund will be issued once all users concerned have joined your new workspace.

If there are other members in the workspace you are leaving, the subscription will remain active and the other administrators and owners will take over its management.

If a paid MerciApp subscription is active for the space you have been invited to, you will not lose any functionality. If not, you can still use the free version of MerciApp.
