Inviting members to my workspace
I want to invite members to my workspace:
From your account's main page:
- Click on the main menu at the top left.
- Click on
Invite Members. - Choose how you want to invite people to the workspace:
- By email: enter the email addresses of each of your collaborators.
- By generating an invitation link: click on `Create an invitation link to send. You can then send this link to your colleagues.
From the workspace settings:
- Click on the main menu at the top left.
- Click on "Workspace settings."
- Go to the "Members" tab.
- Click on "Invite members."
- Choose how you want to invite people to the workspace:
- By email: enter the email addresses of each of your colleagues.
- By generating an invitation link: click on `Create an invitation link to send. You can then send this link to your colleagues.
To invite new members to a workspace, you must be an administrator or owner of that workspace.
If this is not the case, you can ask an owner or administrator to change your role within the workspace or ask them to invite the new member on your behalf.
