MerciApp Windows is installed but cannot be opened

You have successfully installed MerciApp Windows, but when you click on the application, it does not launch. This may be due to your antivirus software.

Some antivirus programs can block the automatic launch of MerciApp Windows. This block is not due to our application being malicious, but to the detection of patterns used by certain software:

Identify the antivirus software installed on your computer (Windows Defender, Avast, Kaspersky, Norton, etc.)
Go to your antivirus settings
Look for the section on blocked or quarantined applications
If MerciApp Windows appears in this list, add it to the exceptions or whitelist
Restart your computer to verify that MerciApp launches automatically

Please note: Following an update, some antivirus software blocks all software that triggers a security alert by default, even if it is legitimate. Adding MerciApp to the exceptions usually resolves this issue.
