Set the role of members in a workspace

Setting the role of members:


Only administrators and owners can change the roles of members of a workspace.


Once you are logged into your MerciApp account, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the menu at the top left, then on Workspace settings.
  2. Next, click on the Members tab.
  3. Change a member's role by clicking on the drop-down list to the right of their name.



Explanation of the different roles:


Owner

The owner can manage all workspace preferences.


Administrator

An administrator can invite new members and set their roles.


Member

A member can only view the list of other members.
