Workspace subscription information

I want to access information about my subscription:

Only workspace owners have access to the Subscription section.

Once you are logged into your MerciApp account, follow these steps:

1. Click on the menu at the top left, then on Workspace settings.
2. Next, click on the Subscription tab.

Only owners of the workspace have access to the following sections:

Your subscription

General subscription information:

• Subscription: MerciApp Free, MerciApp Correct, or MerciApp Assist
• Number of members
• Subscription type: monthly or annual
• Price per user
• Next payment due date

Billing information

This section allows owners to edit or view their billing information.

Payment method

This section allows owners to change or view their payment method.

Invoice history

This section allows owners to access their invoices.

Suspend your subscription

This section allows owners to cancel a workspace subscription.
