How do I add a word to my dictionary?

You can add words that MerciApp does not recognize to your dictionary.

Once added to your dictionary, these words will no longer be flagged as errors by MerciApp.

Only you can see the words added to your personal dictionary, even if there are several members in your workspace.

Directly on your account:

Once logged in:

Click on the Dictionary tab, then on the Personal or Shared tab.
Enter the word you want to add.
Click on Add.

When using the text editor in your web space:

Click on the Documents tab.
Click on the underlined word you want to add to your dictionary.
Click on Add to dictionary to add it to your personal dictionary or Add to shared dictionary to add it to the shared dictionary.*

When using the extension:

Click on the underlined word you want to add to your dictionary.
Click Add to dictionary to add it to your personal dictionary or Add to shared dictionary to add it to the shared dictionary.*

*If you are an administrator or owner of the space, the word suggested for the shared dictionary will be added directly. If you are a member, the word will be suggested and must be approved by an administrator or space owner. See this article for more information.
