I haven't received a confirmation email in my inbox.
- Check your spam folder to make sure the confirmation email sent by MerciApp isn't there.
- If you can't find it, you can click on "resend email" at the bottom of the page "A confirmation email is waiting for you."
I entered the wrong email address when I registered:
- Contact us via chat so we can manually confirm your account.
- Log in to your account with the email address you entered when you registered.
- Once you are logged in to your MerciApp account, change your email address.
