I haven't received a confirmation email.

I haven't received a confirmation email in my inbox.


  • Check your spam folder to make sure the confirmation email sent by MerciApp isn't there.
  • If you can't find it, you can click on "resend email" at the bottom of the page "A confirmation email is waiting for you."

I entered the wrong email address when I registered:


  1. Contact us via chat so we can manually confirm your account.
  2. Log in to your account with the email address you entered when you registered.
  3. Once you are logged in to your MerciApp account, change your email address.
